Software Maintenance: Upgrades to new versions of our products, plus ongoing technical support, are provided under our software maintenance program. 90 days of maintenance is included with your initial purchase; thereafter, we highly recommend that you purchase an annual maintenance subscription.

Help with Solver Models: Our fee-based technical support service can help you formulate a Solver model, make judicious use of constraints, design your model for the fastest possible optimization, or sort out problems and determine why the Solver isn't finding the solution you expect.
